I agree that from the POV of a monger, there is technically no difference between an escort and an SB in that they both have sex with you for money. However, there is a difference in how an escort and an SB views themselves. An escort is a professional and most high-end escorts behave accordingly. SBs are a lot more work, not only to find the one that is right for what you seek but even subsequently.
