Buckhead provides city of Atlanta with 33-45% of total revenue. If Buckhead City happens, property values in neighborhoods like yours will collapse as property taxes rise, 40% of police / fire are laid off and crime skyrockets. Those savages in Atlanta will be burning, killing and looting at will.

Like you said the lost revenue has to come from somewhere & because of how poor certain parts of the city are the only place to get revenue is from property taxes. Landlords will then raise rents to compensate for their lost income.
