Believe it or not, Cnote may have understated how bad Kiara looks. Early this afternoon she was posted on Ramsay at Payson. So weak she struggled to walk and was grasping street signs to help stay upright. Face and body were so thin I almost didn't recognize her. She was never heavy, but now about 15-20 pounds under her normal weight. Disheveled face, hair, clothes. Watched another monger make an obnoxious U-turn to make the scoop, as she slowly walked to his car he drove off, presumably she failed his further inspection.

Unless something changes, she can't last long. Very sad.

On a brighter note, there were several options in the area of Pulaski and Ashton including some new faces to me.

I must say that I am very down on the girls I meet these days but decide not to take. They look bad and are all on heroin.
