I try to keep my radar up and running and can say I've never seen the girl you mentioned post or have ads anywhere in CT. I, and others here, have spotted a few spammers or scammers using 860 area codes. There are other CT area codes, too, but 860 and 203 are long-standing here.

I tend to believe that she's only marketing her OFan page for memberships and deposit dollars. It's prominent on her STG ad which is sparse and minimal compared to 99% of other ads. She is not the only one doing this but seems to be a little more polished about it.
