Oz, just a mild curiosity: How does a county school system play into the proposed Buckhead secession? Could Buckhead sustain a good school system without state / county resources?

This is going to stall on the school situation; they have to figure out how APS will work with Buckhead's kids (there is no county school system there.).

Not sure where Buckhead city limits are / would be, but does this mean that the Piedmont KAMPs / CAMPs would fall into Buckhead territory and the new, (allegedly) upstanding Buckhead city council would be likely to shut down our favorite extras venues that have been operating unchallenged for decades? I don't delve into local politics so I ask your educated opinions.

Biden's criminal justice policy is to get rid of cash bail and end the federal government's use of private prisons. Bahaha.

To give an example of how stupid this policy is. NYC adopted this view a while back and saw a surge in crime and repeat offenders. Chicago implemented the same thing in February 2021 and they saw a massive increase in crime and it is still going up. These people are fucking idiots LOL with their dumb policies. They know good and well it doesn't work and implement them deliberately to cause chaos.

Atlanta is seeing a surge in crime. Rape in Atlanta is up by over 98 fucking percent. What the actual fuck? I am shocked to hear of this shit. I have zero tolerance for people who even commit such an act. This is why I always urge people who are abide by the law with no record. Carry a piece responsibly. At the end of the day you're responsible for your own safety! Police are minutes away. Crime happens in a split second.

This whole reform which will probably set us back a lot will be detrimental and just enable ass hats to commit more crime. As they'll be released over and over and over as it is in NYC. Ridiculous. This admin is a fucking joke. We are only months in too haha LOL.

If / when Buckhead City happens, pretty much every neighborhood in Atlanta will see house price decreases. Prices in some areas will collapse. You see, those stupid white people in Buckhead you squawk about subsidize the rest of Atlanta. Buckhead City happens and Atlanta loses 33-45% of their revenue. Police / Fire are laid off, property taxes double or maybe even quadriple, criminals run wild. The current 60% yoy increase in homicides, 171% month over month and summer's just beginning, will be seen as the good ol days.

You did it before claiming Atlanta APD was one of the highest paid in the country, which you were quickly proven wrong on. You also claimed tasers were not considered a lethal weapon and were also proven wrong on that. You claimed the Rayshard Brooks shooting was not defensible, meanwhile those officers have been reinstated by the oversight board, and given back pay to boot for their paid vacation, courtesy of Mayor Dumbbottoms.

In the meantime, Atlanta crime has skyrocketed, just as predicted after the illustrious Mayor cut the legs out from under the PD with this stupid move by undermining them at every turn. Even she has now admitted she screwed up and cannot control the problem, and in an attempt to try to get the police department to go back to work, has announced she won't run for re-election. The majority of the Atlanta PD is black, by the way, so that they refuse to work for this mayor should tell you this is not racially motivated.
