All of the FS spas allow 2 pops. You are paying for time not pops. If Jr lays down on you after one pop and you get up and get dressed then that's on you, but if you are able to keep going you are fine until your time runs out. Your best strategy is to not hold back in the ts so you have plenty of time left to work another one out, or pay the extra. 40 so you have the extra 15 minutes.

Anything is possible I guess, but I don't worry about it at Milk simply because Kiko runs such a tight ship. She doesn't allow any bare activities other than BBBJ in her spa.
