As for the second part, "AMPs" would accurately refer to ALL of the public places, KAMPs and CAMPs alike. Some kind of teasing is mostly automatic at KAMPs and pretty common at CAMPs too, even if fairly minimal.

Would this woman actually be speaking to me if money wasn't on the table are the type of questions I ponder internally. You make some good points in your post, and yes, like any service provider, the green is the lasting bonding agent. And that's the way a lot of people like it: paying them to leave aka getting GF bennies with NSA.

But even skin deep rapport is a luxury for some people. There is no friendship level responsibility or accountability in these relationships because, like that of a therapist, the relationships are confidential and rarely leave the building. I have never been able to truly build a rapport with a girl who I paid whether it's a prostitute or a massage girl. I enjoy the genuine connection and convo you can have with a girl who is spending their time with you because they have some vested interest in you.
