Posts: 1011WTF is quadripled? You mean quadrupled? Increased by 400%? Lets say you do. You'll be fine then if / when Buckhead City becomes a reality. You'll only lose half your gains. It's a win. Granted, city of Atlanta property taxes will double or triple, 33% or more police / fire will be laid off and Atlanta proper will descend further and faster into a third world crime ridden dystopian hell hole. That might be problematic for you, but you're a tough guy. You'll be okay.

Posts: 1868This is going to stall on the school situation; they have to figure out how APS will work with Buckhead's kids (there is no county school system there.).

You know how many ads like this are posted by disgruntled tricks. I take all "she got the package" warming ads with a grain of salt unless published by a legal verified source.

Posts: 2029Wealthy Buckhead Suburb To Secede From The City Of Atlanta. Awesome!!
Link to news Article.

The city of buckhead accounts for nearly 40 percent or maybe more of Atlanta's tax revenue. This is going to hurt. The mayor of Atlanta is an utter joke. Especially her stance against police LOL. Joke of a leader must I say. A jogger amidst the ever growing crime in Atlanta and must I say across this nation is spurring this community to secede and have their own task force etc. This is awesome and how shit should be handled. Love it. Fuck these overly PC politicians who get nothing done and instead makes things worst!.

Posts: 2029The FBI secretly ran the Anom Messaging Platform yielding hundreds of arrest in a global scale. Pretty rad and cool must I say that they developed an encrypted messaging platform that yielded them some points on some networks. Be aware of what you say on certain platforms.

There has been yet another report of a passenger trying to open an airplane door inflight in order to make the aircraft crash. This simply cannot happen.
Airplane doors are of the plug type, which means that when then pressurized, the door is being held in the closed position not only by the door locks, but the interior pressure of the cabin air, which runs in the 6. 5 psi range for most models of airliner. Assuming an 18 inch by 30 inch overwing exit door, thie door is being held closed by over 3,600 pounds of force. You are simply not going to overpower it. Full size entry doors have at least twice the area and therefore twice the force holding them closed.
It used to be considered great sport for the Capt or F / O to reach up and pull on the handle to the overhead escape door in the L-1011 when you had a new Flight Engineer on board. Pulling the handle would illuminate the "Door Unlocked" light and scare the pants off him, but there was no way you could pull hard enough to actually open the door.

Absolutely I live in Cumming (nice middle class subdivision) I've seen my home value go up by almost 46% in the past 7 years. A few more years and it will be time to retire and downsize.

There is a group of business and private home owners who are trying to make Buckhead its own City. They are meeting heavy resistant. The city of Atlanta can't afford to let Buckhead become its own City. There is already a mass Exodus of anyone who can afford to get out. You know things have gotten bad when the millennials start to leave.

When you don't have the common sense to stop voting your victim-identity, you get what you vote for! Why keep electing incompetent activists and expecting them to do a good job when they get into office?
