Ideally, we want people to share info who want info. In the beginnings of your new hobby, Scroll the boards, make some attempts at having a dream and share what you think afterwards. Once you share a few times, feel free to request info as much as you like. Just not cool when some people are always wanting assistance but can't help in return. Pay attention to warnings signs, error on side of caution, and don't over pay the bad providers.
