Thanks for being one of the few who gets it. It's not just the pandemic, but the quantity and quality of offerings in metro Detroit have been declining for years. Ever since the local boards and Backpage went down there has been a steady decline in attractive providers. Prices have remained fairly stable if one considers how many fewer providers there are. Just wrote a whole report and backed out so here's a quick recap.
