The Town Line Motel and The Avalon are two I have been at. It's incredible in both places!

Town line is like it's own habitat in Malden where everyone staying there keeps all the shit that happens there between themselves. Overall all the people staying there are pretty cool with each other and don't want to interfere in each other's shit.
