So I'm new to the SW game. What's the standard rate? And what do you say to these SW's to get them in?

The standard rates will be 20 for head 40 for FS plus any tips if you wish to give them. If you notice someone whom you think as SW, just park the car and she will walk to you or she will give you that look.
