Doesn't make sense to me. Why are they still arresting if they can't prosecute? Seems like a waste of resources.

Because the Prosecutor cannot just decide to stop enforcing laws which have been legally passed. Its not her role and I would argue that she is acting illegally by not taking these cases to court, but the police can still aul you in but it will never go to court.

Yeah, it only applies to Baltimore City. You are more at risk if you pickup street meat or go to the AMPs (raids}. I have been seeing ladies in the city for over 20 years and have never had a problem with the BCP but I don't partake in street meat and rarely go to AMPs. Baltimore County just raided a few AMPs and Howard and Anne Arundel Counties are always doing stings. You really have to know what you are doing when you play in the counties I mentioned.

I've heard from a provider that she refuses to work out of BWI because of LE. I'm always cautious around there and will only see providers around there who are very well reviewed or are known travelers. I won't see anyone around there with a local area code beside Mystique, and even then she is not really at BWI.

I agree with you. I will only see ladies at BWI that I have seen before or are well reviewed. The same goes for College Park, Columbia, Jessup and Laurel. Too many stings in these areas. Have to keep your head on a swivel.

I recently reviewed Plan B in here and she's Of Langley Park. Off New Hampshire. WARNING: No GFE stuff is available.

I saw your post where you expressed reservations about visiting that part of the area.

I can't speak about the area at night but during the day, I just park, go in, do my business and walk out to my car and drive away. It's not like there are bunches of dudes hanging around her place. It's a pretty quiet street.

I haven't mongered at night in quite some time since it would be hard to explain to the wifey but the few times I have mongered at night I was coming home from fight parties or a family cookouts.

Plan A is at her townhouse in Laurel and will remain a secret until I see her since I haven't seen her in over a year and need to verify her first.

Well,

I was supposed to hook up with a old flame who I hadn't seen in at least 14 months but guess what?

After some of back and forth over a 4 week period I was supposed to hook up with her this morn. It was supposed to be at 09:30. I was near and began the process of waking her up at 9, but this time it didn't work. BTW, I had taken the elixir that helps with the big B at 07:45 to give it plenty of time to help activate JR by Meet Time.

I'm calling and texting her every 10 minutes until 10 and I realized I had better start the process to activate Plan B or the elixir may run out of time to work its magic. I heard its powers last about 4 hours after taking it.

After trying others and getting no immediate response, (I saw Plan B 2 weeks ago) I texted Plan B about 10:20 and she answered the bell immediately and I had to drive from Laurel to Langley Park to bag some booty. I got there in less than 20. I had scheduled Plan B for 11. After finishing puffing-up I was granted access 1 minute later and went in about 10:57.

I saw Plan B 2 weeks ago but also saw some one after her and then her today. I try to avoid seeing any one of my squad back to back. The one I saw last Mission before this one was some one I already recently reviewed so I didn't feel the need to bore you gents with a virtual replay.

The details of what ended up being the Mission were the normal fun time and its a very good thing to have 6 different options. One seems to be "not open" for the last 2 weeks but it was the 1st one I visited the 30th of April as I began my reunion tour.

Oh, well somebody who I know is a guaranteed good time is going to be available. A terrible feeling in this hobby is not being able to even buy some. I can't even buy some? This has happened to me on a couple occasions but not in the last 3-4 years since I cultivated my regulars.

Opps, since returning to the scene I always give Plan B $80 and then give her another $20- like a tip, which in some ways defeats the purpose but I'm a nice guy & it's not going to kill me. But I also do know that an extra $20 tip per session will add another $100 minimum to my monthly bill and another grand to my yearly bill.

Plan B couldn't been an Aztec Princess and all she needed was the garb. (LOL).

Plan A will get her's sooner or later. This is the 2nd time in over 30 Meetups that she has stood me up. I'm going to give her a piece of my mind when we finally do meet. How is the area? As a white guy I feel like I would draw a lot of attention to myself and my purpose if I visited that part of town.

Unless she's changed locations, I don't think you should have an issue with her spot. It's not like an apartment complex. Just park and pull into a house. Only thing I'll say is when I arrived last time, she had some family in the house which was awkward but they seemed to know what she was doing. If I see her again, I'll try for an outcall or have her bring me in when no ones around if possible.

Guys I am thinking about taking a trip down to Takoma Park to visit one of the Latinas working out of the motels down there. I texted and asked for the donation and she returned the rates and the address of one of the motels down there. Not familiar with that area at all. A red flag went up when I was sent the address without asking for it. LOL So I don't know what to do. Is that area known for stings? I do most of my business in BWI, Hyattsville or Baltimore.
