So I went back to New Day Spa to get a better experience this time around. My plan was to ask for Ruby or Tiffany or Mona and walk out if none were available. However, Ruby was available.

Pretty much fixed everything from the first time around that went wrong.

- $$ for 45 minutes inclusive.

I will say that Koko's massage was much better, she had much stronger hands and rivals Japanese deep tissue massages I've had. Ruby's was more "sensual", more like foreplay rather than a massage. So went to herbal spa massage today in Ocoee. Been there several times before. This time there was a new girl, JuJu was her name. Spoke decent English and was in her 20's which was nice to see. Plenty of teasing to start and a fairly descent massage overall. On the flip she went start to Jr and asked how much I'd give. Settled on naked and slight FIV for. 6. I don't know about the place on OBT, but the place Kiko is at now was Milk Massage before the owners of Massage Connections bought it and moved there from the spa on Semoran. If they were forced to change their name it would have been the old owners of Milk on Colonial that did it, not the new owners.

I booked an appointment this morning with the body cave for a massage and stupidly paid the entire $118.00 only to receive a message from Shalonda stating she has no LMT available for today. I texted back to let her know I wouldn't have any availability for the rest of the week to book for another day and she stated she would cancel the appointment and issue a refund. I stated I would like to visit in the near and thank you for the great customer service. 1 hour goes by 2 hours go by still no refund. I wouldn't need a refund if there was staff availability, I didn't want to cancel the appointment it was canceled due to the owner's negligence. Needless to say I still haven't received a refund yet and she won't send a receipt stating that a refund was issued because square issues a receipt with every transaction that is made. Please, please, please stay away from this business! She will take your money and cancel your appointment.

Definitely would advise staying away from this business. The owner is a crook and will take pictures of you and share them with others and blackmail you to give her money. Not worth the problem, stay away. Save your time and money.
