I tried dialing a number like that too. One area code was 808 and another was from the east coast in NJ.

I got the same threats too. So I blocked the number and reported it to adult search and they removed the poster.

What might be more helpful is post a screenshot of the ad with girls picture and phone number and post it on the Ripoff thread. Then nobody would reply to that ad or call that number.

Same thing happened to me, but I use "burner" numbers so you just "burn" that number and you will never see it again. They can't bother you if number doesn't exist.

This is just a shakedown attempt by whoever owns that ad. I did a search for "Asian wants banana" through adultsearch and the ad pops up in multiple states. Guy is probably using some app to reverse look up the phone numbers that call his line so he can threaten / blackmail them in order to get payment. I don't think HPD is going to do anything except roll their eyes and tell you to stop calling strange numbers on the internet.
