I booked an appointment this morning with the body cave for a massage and stupidly paid the entire $118.00 only to receive a message from Shalonda stating she has no LMT available for today. I texted back to let her know I wouldn't have any availability for the rest of the week to book for another day and she stated she would cancel the appointment and issue a refund. I stated I would like to visit in the near and thank you for the great customer service. 1 hour goes by 2 hours go by still no refund. I wouldn't need a refund if there was staff availability, I didn't want to cancel the appointment it was canceled due to the owner's negligence. Needless to say I still haven't received a refund yet and she won't send a receipt stating that a refund was issued because square issues a receipt with every transaction that is made. Please, please, please stay away from this business! She will take your money and cancel your appointment.

Definitely would advise staying away from this business. The owner is a crook and will take pictures of you and share them with others and blackmail you to give her money. Not worth the problem, stay away. Save your time and money.

I think the issue here that you asked what's included. Obviously we all know what the "tip" refers to but some random calling asking will get that 80+ tip line.
