I booked an appointment this morning with the body cave for a massage and stupidly paid the entire $118.00 only to receive a message from Shalonda stating she has no LMT available for today. In my experience refunds usually take around 3 to 5 days to appear back on your card. Hopefully you get the refund but if not you can always dispute the charge. It would be pretty stupid of her to rip people off like that. I was thinking about making an appointment with her also. Did you choose to pay up front or did she require it?
