After watching KHON2 tonight, Now the 3 cops are being charged with attempted murder and they will go to trial. The body cam evidence doesn't match what the cops say from the court files. They can face life imprisonment if convicted. If the cops fuked up than I'm all for justice but we will see how the case goes.

Got to hit all cylinders for the *charges (1-murder; 2-attempted murder) to uphold: case law, probable cause, sustainability of charges (defense going get the alleged crime spree witnesses and other criminal charges (stolen vehicle, robbery, theft, armed robbery, etc.)) leading to the arrest; replica weapon going be used as probable cause and 'indisputable point of contrast,' if get proof the kid when draw the weapon or if found in or near the body / vehicle (in odda words, he when reach for the replica weapon and was sighted by the officers before they fired their weapons).
