Agree, that's Jane's half-sis Kellie. Norwich Kellie is a quality provider with 2 limits and now even higher rates. Skinny Kellie is unreliable. I don't know if it was a friend, another building resident, monger, or just a coincidence but this guy was slimy looking. No offense if it was one of you fellas but I was dressed for success and just wanted a quick release before a client meeting. I looked totally out of place standing on that block for 15 minutes.
