Also the location is listed as "hotel", an even bigger red flag. Basically there's no chance you'll ever hear from her after the deposit. I know of one good provider, now down south, that started asking for a small deposit for outcalls out of her immediate area, there had been way too many no shows after spending money and gas. Note that she didn't ask for a deposit for incalls, local outcalls, or previous clients.
