Saw Mayor Blangiardi on HNN. Said he wants to move to tier 4 and sent a request to Gov Ige. Also said he revised restrictions for tier 4 but couldn't find what was revised. Don't hold your breath with Ige deciding what to do.

That's disgusting. Even though none of the men have yet been convicted of the charges, all of them are constitutionally entitled to the presumption of innocence, and some of them may have viable motions and defenses in court, the police publicly post the named mugshots on the internet and categorically state: "All suspects solicited and / or brokered deals for various sex acts". Note the police didn't say the men "are alleged to have solicited and / or brokered deals for various sex acts," but rather that they "solicited and / or brokered deals for various sex acts," as if that has already been established.
