Funny you mention the stealing with the girls. Since the Trail traffic is down overall, it's affecting their backup plan to successfully walk as needed to fill in any voids in income. Now creating an environment where they need to steal for their next fix.

This could be something that helps bring the GPS QV and SW pricing more in line, at least from some avenues.
