Surely you will make a note of this, when you hit 100 your kinda "asking" for disappointment. But on the flipside. She gave up a lot more than I would have expected. Congrats! You are correct. It's the post-COVID party at Uncle's Joe's house. It's runaway inflation. Fortunately, it's all temporary and when reality comes back to bite, it may bite hard enough that the worm turns more in the customer's favor than it was even before COVID.

On another note, I know a few people who have BA and BS degrees, several years into their careers, who are struggling to even make ends meet. 2 have complained that the single moms with multiple kids in their 20's (aka cum receptacles / pez dispensers) have more disposable income than they do right now, and all they are doing is sitting on their asses to make it happen.
