Go west on Commercial Blvd across the Intracoastal Waterway; all along the way for several miles there are good choices. About 90% will have extras. Many have FS, just ask up front.

Been there once and would not repeat. It was your basic HJ on the flip but the lady had this uneasy look on her face almost scared. I didn't like the vibe so on to the next one.

A little FYI. The admission fee is $$ and the tip ranges from 40-100 usually around 60. And the only thing you will likely get is a handy. Some have claimed a CBJ but definitely no FS. If you are OK with that than enjoy!
