I never provide verification info in my first email or message or communication with a provider. I don't trust numbers on websites to be accurate and for that matter, I don't trust myself to not make a mistake. Consequently, I reach out with an innocuous Hello email saying I saw their ad and am interested in meeting them. Generally, I do not put the providers name in my greeting in case that message goes astray to someone else by accident.
