Never really liked this club since the girls, and the house, thought they were something special and tried charging way more than their worth. Desire is a much better club with more and better looking girls and the house fees are more realistic. Fantasies, although much less quality girls than Desire is also the same price. There are plenty of fine ladies in Fantasies but it not a given daily! Glad things are getting back to normal though and thanks for posting the article.

I was paying a visit to Desire the other day, and in a VIP room with the very lovely Stevie, when I hear the DJ mention the name Eliza. When I got out of the booth, I tried to see who that was, because the girl who danced using that name a couple of years back was a rock star. Does anybody know if the current Eliza is the same girl? She would be small, and mid 30's If she is back to dancing, I would be her #1 customer!

Stopped in last week. Hung out with Macy. Tall blonde import from Wonderland. If you like legs, she's for you. A little shy on the lap dance, but she has a tongue ring s hopefully it's not just for show.

Been over a year, probably closer to a year and a half since I've been to a club and decided to go to CD. As others have said it was pretty impossible to get someone to chat with you, never mind a dance. I was there for 30-45 minutes and had one dancer had come up to me at that point.

Now to be hypocritical, a regular of mine was working and just came out of the dressing room when she saw me, as I mentioned haven't been there in a year and a half, she came up to me, gave me a hug, went out to the patio and chatted, grabbed a drink, and kept chatting and eventually getting dances with her, and she stayed with me after the dances, until she got on staged and was getting tipped a lot by others, apologized as she had to go see the other customers.

Maybe it's just me, but, I was getting the impression that just now regulars for the girls are showing up, and the dancers are attracted like a moth to a flame.

Semi-blah trip to Desires on Sunday. Again I was not able to get the attention of any dancers, starting to wonder if as I get older my vibe gets creepier. This is the 3rd trip there I haven't been able to get the attention of a dancer.

I even stood at the ATM a few times. Regardless I left with $100's in my pocket I had brought hoping to spend.

To add insult to injury, the talent was pretty good. Definitely noticed some real hotties on stage. One dancer named Stella had some crazy impressive pole moves. I would have liked to chat her up, but I never saw her again after she was done on stage.

I did notice increased traffic to private rooms as a few guys were getting private dances, but there weren't a lot of girls on the floor available. On several occasions I noticed the only women in the room were the dancer on stage and the 2 bartenders. You'd wait 5-10 minutes and a few would pop up, but they pretty much b-lined to a regular or friend.

Because of the stage dancers the trip wasn't a complete waste, but not really the exp I was hoping for.

One would think that it's super easy to connect with the girls in a strip club, but to your point it's not. I have a few thoughts as follows:

- A lot of the girls want you to make the first move. It could be as simple as a smile, but sometimes you need to be more aggressive.

- I think that there are a lot of guys who just sit and drink and observe and never interact. You might be stereotyped as one of those guys.

- The girls have to work a certain shift and they find patterns (like making money towards the end of their shift) so during some parts of those 8 hours they might not be trying too hard.

The plexiglass sucks (and is rumored to be coming down soon. Maybe already) but one sure fire way to get a girl to spend time with you is to go up when she's on stage, and tell her that you'd like for her to stop by (make sure that in the process you tip - 5 singles is usually fine).

Visited Desire on Sunday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised. Things are as close to normal here as any club right now. Only differences are the temp check, and plexiglas around the stage and bars. LD and VIP rooms are open, which is what I care about. Got dances from Sassy and Alexa, both of whom are absolute sweethearts. Good quantity and selection of dancers. Only downside is almost no one is wearing a mask, so if you aren't vaccinated you are playing covid roulette.

Someone mentioned dancers tending to stick to their regulars, which is definitely true here. If you don't already know a dancer you're interested in your best bet is to keep an eye out and try to jump in whenever they pull away from whoever they are talking to. I know some people don't have the patience for that, but once you get acquainted it's much easier, and it's usually worth the effort.
