I have serious concerns about this area. I've seen weird people in parking lot cars, engines running, far corner spot, outside parlors in strip malls. As I walked by. A guy put down his visor and his seat was way back so he'd not be seen. He definitely didn't want attention. Car was a Ford or GM "unmarked" sedan. When I patronized an adjacent business, I asked a person about that car. The reply, "they're always out there for hours at a time watching.
