FYI, you can set your profile to not notify someone when you view them. At least as a guy you can, I assume it's the same for them, so that's not really the red flag it might seem.

I have a pretty restricted search criteria (no indian, middle eastern, heavy smoker, or platonic. Nope, First she said that she want to go out, etc and she want just a little financial help. Thank she asked what is my experience in terms of arrangement range.

My answer was that I have met ladies in all ranges all the way from 100 to 250, and I have seen a creazy requests from 500 to a 1000 per meet. She blocked me immediately after that.
