Yes, regulars will get priority. It is a business after all and preferential treatment afforded to long time patrons is par for the course. They are even extending pre-bookings beyond a day for some from what I hear. Depending on how dead set you are on seeing Eunji, I suggest keep trying or wait for a lull (although it's tough to tell if there will be one).
