Do you know how I could go about setting this up? Yes I've already asked Gina and her friend Sabrina but both of them are too old to give birth safely without risking complications to the child as they're in their 40's. Both were willing but I opted out as I didn't want to risk how difficult it might be for them to conceive or the increased risk of miscarriage, etc.

I have not mongered outside of the US but I am looking into traveling to the Dominican Republic for this. But I am interested in hearing out other suggestions of specific places to go if the DR falls through.

Have you tried traveling outside the country? It is pretty essay if you monger internationally. By my own experience.
