Its not sufficient evidence. They can't get a time machine and figure out what someone may have been doing in the past based on a story that was written on these boards. And even if they could, once again, a very weak case for a misdemeanor charge. That being said sure, LEO probably does read these boards and some of them probably use these boards as advice and how to not walk into their own stings LOL.
