Regarding the web page point you brought up, it's actually a craigslist post, here is the original post:

I typically will screenshot craigslist posts because as you probably know, they get flagged and it sucks when they take the posts down, so a screenshot will last longer.

So now you have the original post.

Now on your other points, I cannot say much on those. I would be willing to bet it's a legit post. She probably bought a disposable number.

I'm up in North Palm Beach so she's a little far from me otherwise I'd check her out.

I'd just give her a call and see, if anyone she's her please report back, thanks.
