I had that at Pileo late last year, but it was an upcharge. I wanted nuru, otherwise I would have declined. It was ok. My only other experience like that in the states was in NYC, and it was included in the usual service and a lot more fun. Don't know if that girl is still at Pileo either, she said she was rotating out at the end of December.
