Too bad you did not review the list in great detail, I think your rip-off artist is 4th from the bottom, the last Hartford listing? Sorry this happened to you. I think the scarcity of quality providers has encouraged these bottom feeders to continue with their little grifter games; too bad, someone is going to get hurt and it will make the news, hopefully none of us.
