90X Main in Waltham. Anyone been there? I went once and had to fill out stuff on computer. After all that, the provider said come back in an hour she had an appointment. I didn't bother since I couldn't wait that long. It was a waste of time. But the price is right at $40 I think? Is it strictly legit?

You should ask the provider. It never hurts to ask. If she brings out the saran wrap, then decline the offer at that point.

I have not been since Covid started, by prior, I was going weekly, bi-weekly and things were exceptional there. I had a few, very good experiences.

I find it funny that everyone bothers with abbreviations, code names, and $$ etc. Rather than just clearly stating what they are trying to say. Anyone who cares to decipher can easily figure out what is being conveyed simply by reading the board a bit. Or having half a brain, so it achieves nothing but situations like this where someone's code makes no sense.
