Almost a carbon copy of what happened to me. I made an appointment for late morning, arrived on time. They actually walked me to the room right away, which was encouraging. However, I waited probably 15 minutes. She finally came in and said about another 10 minutes. When finally arrived, they finished in half hour. I had already paid for an hour, and said "where's my hour? Said only half hour today. I'm like, why didn't you say up front. Got some $ back. Like you, I tipped too.

Another interesting thing. None of the girls there are the ones I saw last month. They all seem to be gone, and on a constant rotation there. Kind of sucks as I like building a repoire with someone and getting to know. At first I thought this might be my go to place, but now I'm not so sure. Better options out there, IMHO. Will probably repeat only in a pinch.

I scheduled an appt in advance at Kingsgate for an hour the day before yesterday. Showed up on time. 25 minutes in I was told they are too busy and they would only be doing half an hour.
