Always tough to tell from just the written word, but I'm thinking your post may have been sarcasm. Just in case the question was legit, no, that doesn't make her ad entrapment, entrapment involves LE taking steps that essentially coerce someone into doing an illegal act that, but for the action of LE, they wouldn't have otherwise done. Her running an ad and later getting busted wouldn't meet the definition of entrapment.

As to the the OP mentioning unmarked cop cars, that just doesn't mean much. First, LE would be unlikely to have obvious unmarked cars sitting visible around the location of the sting. Second, LE agencies sell their cars after they get older, meaning a lot of average citizens are driving around in what used to be an unmarked cop car. And, no offense to the OP, but he certainly may have been mistaken about the cars in the first place. Bottom line, this one is not a cop!
