I visited this place pre-covid so I stopped in a little while ago. New owners / managers. Linda is now in charge, and I had a nice time with her a few months back. I saw a review on Cindy in here as the new girl there and decided to give her a try.

Know knots is FS I don't think it's technically mission valley tho but it's pretty close. Just call them 10-15 beforehand and ask for appointment and they'll let you know if that's available. I've gone there plenty of times and left satisfied majority of the time. Don't expect a good massage LOL. Since reopening from covid they have had a lot of turnover. Cherry was an atf but she's retired, if anyone has any recommendations that are similar to cherry I'd appreciate it!

As things are opening a bit and I am feeling more confident after being vaccinated, I explored some AMPs in La Mesa over the past couple of weeks. An important note. I love a good massage AND a fun / erotic ending. This combination is easy to get in Thailand and Vietnam, but not so much here. It is one or the other, seldom both. As always, YMMV.

Tried this a few times at a place that is now called Rama Thai Massage, (used to be called Massage Thai Way) in Linda Vista.

This is a keep your underwear on, process of being stepped (walked) on, and stretched into positions to improve your flexibility, and massaging your muscles. The room is a bed close to the floor that is big enough for the bed, dark and comfortable with poles running along ceiling.

First two times I got early 30's aged women in basic Yoga / workout clothes. It was fun to be massaged, stretched, twisted, and walked on. Nothing remotely naughty, but done right it feels great.

I will have to give Harmony a try for the good times but I know that the acupuncture shop and they are not related. I used to get needle work a few times a month but she had to leave to take care of an ill family member in China. We are friends and I have chatted with her over there, she is not coming back any time soon.
