Z pak isn't the best idea unless you know what you are treating. Really depends on what you catch, what antibiotic and what dose. Your best bet is to call your primary after something like unexpected BBFS. Wrong dose can cover up symptoms but allow some5 hing like syphilis to take hold unnoticed (which is really bad because it is the later stages of the infection that do the damage to organs).
