Let's face it there is a fairly good chance that LEA investigating the death will try to look into her phone history or other evidence that could put the two together. Of course they could just put it down as another OD death if it is that obvious. However you never know. My question is how would you like to be getting a call from Uncle LEO to answer some questions about the recently departed? I know as a married guy I would not. We take lots of risk when meeting with these Providers. But I doubt many of us consider this situation as one of them. Maybe we should. Especially with any that are know to be actively using.
