I have seen Elaina over the past year and so has a good friend of mine. I think we need an accurate picture here. First of all she is one of the few sweet girl. I never had a scam or any issues with her. She was always welcoming even if sometimes she seems to have things on her mind.

I know that a kind of BF roams around her place and occasionally get the stash but I never had an issue or saw him. I also believe she is free will about him. Not sure what the relationship is because a true BF would go mad on the whole situation. As far as substance, it is her weakness and I would hope for her she straighten up. Remember that 200 H is highly into skilled professional salary with a Master degree. 150 HH is even higher. Over 400 is PhD level. So at 400 you could say you are doing a phD in human relations (tax free to boot)? In society you get paid for your skills and level of education within a value frame. Why would that biz be treated any different? Someone who knows how to manage that income well will do fantastic and better than 90% of us here. The rate increase can also be an easy way to make up for money management skills or someone is taking a cut from her.

Couldn't agree more after reading that story. She's 30 years old now, 2 years later.

Don't go anywhere near that hot mess. She's not going to magically get fixed and fly right. Odds are good she's on probation or could have another warrant. Who knows but you've got more to lose than she does.
