She stood me up today. Had a meeting planned and everything, lots of texts, initial meeting delayed because I caught covid, but then she went quiet on the day of the rescheduled meeting. Profile is inactive to me, don't know if she blocked me or not. https://www.seeking.com/member/a789b...9-4dc286346d59 if anyone else wants to check.

I used to see her often. She's a sweet girl and legit. Nothing wild or over the top, but worth it in my opinion. Just got bored I guess.

Saw this one 6 months ago. The pic in the profile is semi accurate. It is probably her before she had a kid + iphone filter. I included a pic that I took of her to get a better idea of what she looks like.

She's a total pro. Uses all the lingo and straight to business. Probably travels since I haven't seen her profile in a while. (Just recently renewed a second month after being off for the past four months).

When I saw her, she quoted me 300 (2020 prices). But the way prices seem now, I wouldn't be surprised if she asked for 50-100% more (estimating 450-600).

BBBJ, cfs, she seems to rush so you need to slow her down if that's your thing. She's nice enough for a pro, but wouldn't repeat. Also seems to allow pics, maybe some vids.

    Thanks

For the advice and help, it's exactly what I need to hear. Little head was screaming way to loud! I figure / hope she'll be back when she starts missing the extra cash. Maybe she's bipolar or just a great actor outside of the sex. Easy to fake an orgasms' but hard to fake laughter. We were very comfortable together and I thought she enjoyed my company. Oh well, she rose my bar on the freak meter in the bedroom that's for sure. She's not on the sites (yet), I just reunited with her on FB from years ago when I found her on CL causal encounters.

I just don't get it, everyday I'd get texts inquiring about my day or "can't wait to see you" I'm so glad we reunited", blah, blah, blah. Then she goes dark. I'm not the one blowing up her phone with texts.

I'll tell her not to worry about the rent if this is the issue, but if she wanted me to cosign that ain't happening.

    Thanks again!

The lease is the bible and your name is on it

This is possibly the worse the decision you could make in your life. If things go bad it could have terrible consequences for you.

In our modern financial world, the most important thing is your credit (unless you make enough money to pay for everything in cash). It's not wise to share the burden of your credit with anyone you aren't legally married to, are the parent of, or are business partners with. Imagine if in five years, after you're tired of fucking her and don't even think about her anymore, a collections agency starts calling you incessantly and sending you letters because of some unpaid bill she never took care of. Having you as the co-signer will take half the burden off her, and mentally it will make her care less about what happens should she damage the property or be unable to pay.

If you're married or have a significant other, forget about it completely. That property will forever show up on any credit check or background check, tied to your legal name and SSN.

If you truly feel obligation, pity, or generosity to help her, offer to pay her rent once she secures the apartment. You could easily leverage that into requesting a situation where you can see her any time you want at her place, since, after all, you're paying for her housing.

I'm not sure what the situation is with her girl's daddy's parents, but you could suggest that she ask them to co-sign. Or if she's a good employee and has been working the same job for a while (I'm assuming she hasn't been there very long if she's still only making 12.50/ hour), maybe she could ask one of the veterinary doctors to co-sign for her. When I first started my career in sales for a very small company, the owner was more than happy to help me out. And now that I own a very small business myself, I do the same for my employees. If she works for some corporate chain like Banfield, then it's probably out of the question.

Personal anecdote: I have a friend who had a sugar baby. She was 19-years-old, hot as fuck, and the sex blew his mind. She was driving some practical, cost-effective car that her parents bought for her when she turned 16. But once she graduated high school, had a few sugar daddies, and got a taste of the sweet life, now she thought she deserved a new car. But she had no credit at all, so she begged my friend to co-sign for her, promising that she would make all the payments. She just needed to be able to secure the loan first. Blinded by the pussy, he gave in. Things went well until two months later when she decided to move back to Virginia to be closer to her family. No big deal. It just meant he couldn't have sex with her anymore. Except two months after that, the pandemic hit. She was a waitress, and she lost her job, so she couldn't pay for her car anymore. Now he was on the hook lest the car be repoed and a repossession forever muddy his credit report. So now he's making car payments to a girl he can't even meet in person anymore. And even though she's working again, why would she take over the payments when she pretty much has a free car? The payments are less than he was paying her for their meetings, but his personal car is paid off, and now he has to pay a car note again for a car he can't even drive and for a pussy he can't even fuck. And because she's the type who wanted a car that was way too expensive for her, he can't pay it off all at once and be done with it without liquidating some of his assets.

Tl; dr: If you want to help her, offer to help pay her rent once she has the apartment, but don't risk your name and credit by co-signing for her.

Absolutely right. I wouldn't recommend risking your assets in any situation that doesn't yield practical dividends. Definitely not for some random hooker who's literally living with her baby daddy, who I guarantee you is knowingly pimping her out to you. For the amount you'd put on the line for an apartment, you could get several more SBs at no personal risk to you.

So, let me get this straight, you've only known this girl for a month and you're seriously thinking of co-signing on a lease with her? Are you serious? If she has gone dark, it's her loss, just move on to the next bus and don't ever contact her again.

I personally would not co-sign what's so ever. Actually the worst can happen is if there are any damages to the apartment they can come for you also. Not saying that it would get to that point though.

Me personally I try to keep as much separation between my FWBs as I possibly can.

In the end it's about how comfortable you are, co-signing though is extreme. It must be some good good GOOD good to risk being on the hook for $1400, and have your legal name tied to this, if she flakes, or goes dark, which seems to be the case now.

If we were good friends I would be asking if you have gone crazy right now.

Connected with her a couple of days ago. Verified with video call. Agreed on $$. 5. Met at the motel chatted a bit outside. Then we got in the room sent her the payment with cashapp. We showered together. She put on lingerie. Then she went to get ice and never came back LOL. Left her bag in the room too. You can only do so much to not get scammed. Well you live and learn boys.
Man, I truly hate that this happened to you. But, I never give up any cash or send anything via cash app until I've finished. Once I'm done and they get up to go to the bathroom to wash up, the money is usually laying by her purse when she comes out. I've never had one SB ask for money upfront, and if she does then we won't be meeting.
