That's just what is the attempt is here, deception at it's best. Some providers who have been known for less than adequate service have adopted multiple ads, aliases, numbers and fake pics most likely with the intention of roping in former / new customers that have been informed not to partake. So in other words it's another form of a con with the cash grab motive.
