Agree 100%. I won't put up, with their "not quite ready" tactics anymore either. I will give her one 10-15 minute delay and then I'm gone. 100 percent agree. I will no longer be waiting in the parking lot. This was my last time with this nonsense. I've already stopped doing favors before an appointment because you've nailed it on the head with the double booking shit.
