It's not that big a mystery. She doesn't want any new clients so there is no need for a million pointless text exchanges, but she also doesn't want guys who have seen her to completely forget about her, that's why she runs an ad every now and then. She only sees one guy a day so it doesn't take much to fill her schedule.

Just saw her last week and had a lovely time.
