Check out Turo.com. It is an Airbnb equivalent where you can rent an older model vehicle cheap. Availability in most cities. Really hard to even find a rental, much less afford it. Save your money for the fun. You can find a decent car in Scottsdale for $25 a day.

Paying any of these people with apps increases your odds of getting scammed exponentially. Never ever pay with apps, especially in advance, not even a partial "deposit". If you pay with an app expect to be ripped off.
Also you have another route of recourse depending on how you set up your cashapp. If you put cash on to your cashapp account in advance, and paid with that, you are probably screwed. Cashapp itself generally doesn't provide refunds or chargebacks. But if you linked your cashapp to your bank account (or a credit card) and the money came out of your bank account at the time of the transaction and then was paid via cashapp, you can contest the charge with your bank. If you paid for a massage for example and you didn't receive a massage, you aren't lying. Most banks will give you your money back pending an "investigation". If this woman is meeting people in a screwed up house like you described, my guess is that she probably doesn't have her shit together enough to respond properly to cashapp or a bank asking her to send proof that she provided you with the service. She probably won't respond at all. Then the bank will take the money back from her and close the "investigation" after a month or so. Make sure you inform cashapp that you are going to contest the charge with your bank first or they might permanently ban you. Also, I would recommend doing this only once ever. If you make a habit of contesting charges, your bank and / or cashapp are going to deem you high risk and close your accounts. I have done this once to someone who scammed me via cashapp for a video service that they didn't provide and I know first hand that it can be done and it's not very hard. Having said all that, I would never count on getting money back this way.

We'd been talking for about 4 hours, I showered before I left and took 30 minutes to get there. So she at least had the time of my shower and commute to get ready but apparently didn't.
About 15 minutes after she leaves the shower I call her name to see if she's okay.
