It use to be the hard part was getting into the kgirl scene. Then you just needed to follow the dots to eventually access almost all but the most demanding and exclusive agency. Now, for whatever reasons the agencies aren't playing nice with each other like in the past and vetting standards have been steadily getting more stringent. While I appreciate that it does reduce the chance of harming the agency, girls, and by proxy me down the road, it also makes it that much harder for noobs or even veterans to get your feet in the door of an agency without added exposure. But I'll say it again, the booker has all the leverage in this scenario, you either disclose what they want or move on. It's a seesaw with privacy on one end and pussy on the other. You decide what you want but forfeit the other.

I don't think there's any wondering needed. They do, period. Both to inform each other and to fill up idle time. You can easily come up with the topics they discuss. Whether it affects how they perform is another matter. Logically, if they're professional, it shouldn't but they have their own biases and preferences so it could. The thing is, there's really no way to verify as it all anecdotal even from the horse's mouth. If you get what you want and were satisfied, I wouldn't waste time on ruminating on whether another monger got it better. You can't control it or remedy it in either case.

I thought that at first but then I saw alot of other folks who were lenient and they were way more risky and sketchy. Like LE sketchy so it pays to play it right tbh. Now when a girl makes it easy to screen I am more afraid of Leos than I am of some big guy in the bathroom and yes it has happened to me in the past. I'm okay with newbs working their reputation up. Less booking problems for me sheesh I can't even get appointments with some girls on a good time basis anymore.

Emma got even skinner than beforr. I LOVE spinner but her current weight have me a little worry about her health.

I think we've gotten to the point where we are just accepting overweight girls. This is an industry where a girl uses her body to succeed and at this rate they are overeating and drinking. Some girls work hard and lose the gut. We shouldn't expect to only get spinners. I tend to like true womanly slender bod better than sub 90 lbers. Bellies should be flatter. Most Korean girls are always stepping on the scale and their diets are healthy. Seems as if we are getting the bottom of the barrel girls if they are not checking the scale more often. Just diet little before you start working. Moni was a good example. All her paranoid quirks aside, she was a little chubby in San Jose at first and by the time she worked here briefly she lost weight. That's how it should be. What kinda refs are you using? Non-asian or China orgs, if yes that's why your being asked for more personal info.

Also, if you use a lower tier Asian that's not Korean they still want lorean refs from reputable Khouses.

Few bookers won't accept Pepsi or Jewelry cause the "lack" or terrible or non-existent screening. And, Pepsi palace has been popped by le several times!

Things might have changed, but I got verified by them pretty easily back then. I told them I've seen Hana through LAVixens a bunch of times, and they just cleared me from that.

I agree with the post though, Venus is the best spinner for me.
