I have been here several times, the place has always been clean and the staff have been friendly.

I had joyous occasion in SW Portland last week.

Went to the Prestige place in downtown Vancouver. Agreed solid value and good service. Very clean place with table shower available. Interior is nice like an upscale apartment. I'm so leery of the other shops that are not clean. There are shops that reuse the towels.

Maybe try Ocean Massage the next time you are downtown.
