Here's a thought: why not I'd the different providers -esp if there's is some name confusion- by tagging their name with the last four numbers of their contact number. For example, the provider who used to be Crofton Bri would be Bri 2731, and so on. Would almost eliminate the geography of it. Granted they can and do use multiple numbers but not cause this amount of confusion.
