I love this part of the country. The climate (both weather and income tax) coming from the NYC area. Housing is a great value and the beaches are some of the best in the world.

Have to agree with you on the talent currently available in the Jacksonville area, seems we have always taken a back seat behind other cities of similar size. Everyone that has contacted her or seen her probably needs to get used to the fact that their contact or telephone information is now in the hands of the government.
