I had a very similar experience, not sure if it was a Stephanie but she was short, fat and possibly Latina. I only tipped. 6 and she was furious. Haven't ever gone back because she was terrible. Then get your nose checked. When these places apply for licenses the clerk who takes the application calls whatever cop she's fucking to tell him about it. Long before the doors are opened cops know about it and if the place is unlicensed within days there have been neighbor complaints.
